Is that... The Empress in the middle? Did she somehow manage to Exalt as a Solar?
... For some reason, I find myself liking this idea. Because of sheer hilarity if nothing else. Say she found the installations to make a bio-motonic replicant in the Imperial Manse; she died, lost her Exaltation, came back, and promptly Exalted as a Solar - probably with Merela's Exaltation, just because. Hence why she's missing - she's working on gathering the support and allies to reclaim her throne, despite, you know, being Anathema and all.
