It had emerged from the obelisk that lie in the center of the necropolis, from a door that had been locked from the start of eternity; dark, and silent, it preached the gospel of the Neverborn by merely stiding past the dead with wings in tow.

Very cool! What did you use for color? Looks like water color, or those markers that copy the effect.

Always use watercolors. Not much good at any other medium.
